Hillborough Makes History with Cross-Country Clean Sweep!
Hillborough Junior School made history on Thursday 24th September, achieving a clean sweep at the Luton Schools Year 5 and 6 Cross-Country Championships at Lewsey Park.
Competing against schools from across Luton in the championships, organised by Luton School Games, Hillborough's pupils produced an outstanding performance to win all four races.
The school's Year 5 boys, Year 5 girls, Year 6 boys and Year 6 girls' teams each claimed victory in their respective races – a remarkable quadruple.
The achievement is a fantastic reflection of the pupils' determination, teamwork and commitment and has given the whole Hillborough community plenty to celebrate.
