Aspiring to excellence
On Friday 28th June the school held its second annual 'Careers Morning'. Guests visited to talk to Year 6 pupils about the jobs that they were engaged in and all gave up their time selflessly.
There was a plethora of occupations in attendance ranging from large companies, including BT, Heathrow Airport, The Mall and Coutts Bank to small business owners involved in website management and design, catering and construction. The professions were well represented by a chartered surveyor, a commodity broker, a University lecturer and a newly qualified teacher. We were also honoured by the presence of the Leader of Luton Borough Council and a member of the House of Lords. The school would like to thank all participants for the wonderful opportunity that they, collectively, made available for our pupils.
